Q- Can I choose my free shipping method for Canadian destinations?
A- For Canadian customers we do offer the free shipping option; however for this to be practical it means your package is sent using oversized letter-mail. This free option does not include tracking, nor can we be responsible for missing or stollen packages. If you require tracking or expedited delivery please choose an upgrade at checkout.

Q- Do you offer local pick-up?
A- Absolutely! Leaf & Chick operates out of Burlington Ontario. If you are from the area and would prefer to pick-up your order send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make the appropriate arrangements.
Q- Can I send my purchase as a gift?
A- We would be happy to wrap your purchase as a gift and send on your behalf!
If you would like your order sent to an address other than the one specified at time of purchase let us know as soon as you've ordered. In this instance, you will receive a photo of the package when it is ready to be sent to confirm the correct address. A gift note will be included on request.
Q- Do you sell live succulents as well?
A- Yes, but no. Live succulents and arrangements can be found in local boutiques who carry Leaf & Chick. Check out the Where to Shop page for details.
Specialty leaf propagation packages are available in the spring once the weather is favourable and continue until fall (typically mid October).

Q- Where do you buy your fabric?
A- The fabric used in the sewn items are all custom ordered from files we provide to the printers of our exact patterns. It starts with taking photos of the succulents and finishes with natural cotton fabrics exclusive to Leaf & Chick.
