Q- Can I choose my shipping method for Canadian destinations?

 

A- For Canadian customers, you may choose from any of the parcel shipping options. Leaves and cuttings will always travel with the quickest option available. For all other purchases, it will show you what is available in your area at checkout. All include tracking, it is a matter of speed and price. Please note; processing times are in addition to the estimates carrier delivery times indicated.

Q- Do you offer local pick-up?

A- Absolutely! Leaf & Chick operates out of Burlington Ontario, specifically Aldershot. If you are from the area and would prefer to pick-up your order send an email to jessica@leafandchick.com and we will make the appropriate arrangements.

Q- Can I send my purchase as a gift?

A- We would be happy to wrap your purchase as a gift and send on your behalf!
If you would like your order sent to an address other than the one specified at time of purchase let us know as soon as you've ordered. In this instance, you will receive a photo of the package when it is ready to be sent to confirm the correct address. A gift note will be included on request.

Q- Do you sell live succulents as well?

A- Yes, but seasonally. Live succulents and arrangements can be found in local boutiques who carry Leaf & Chick. Check out the Where to Shop page for details.
Specialty leaf propagation packages as well as cutting boxes are available in the spring when the weather is favourable and continue until fall (typically late October).

Q- Where do you buy your fabric?

A- The fabric used in the sewn items are all custom ordered from files we provide to the printers of our exact patterns and original designs. It starts with taking photos of the succulents and finishes with natural cotton fabrics exclusive to Leaf & Chick.
